At Velvetica, we value your trust and aim to provide high-quality digital products and services. Since our products are digital in nature and instantly accessible, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

For digital products such as Shopify themes, sections, and tools, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy exists because digital files cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.

If you experience technical issues with a product, we encourage you to contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the problem, provide updates, or ensure that the product works as intended.

For custom services such as Shopify store setup or marketing support, a full refund is available only if the project has not yet started. Once work has begun, refunds are not available, but we will work with you to ensure the project is completed to the agreed standards.

In exceptional cases, where a purchased product is proven to be defective and cannot be fixed, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
