Welcome to Velvetica. By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

Velvetica provides digital assets such as Shopify themes, sections, and tools, along with store setup and marketing services. By using our products or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Digital Products

Our themes, sections, and tools are sold as digital downloads. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own or your client’s Shopify store, subject to the restrictions below.

3. Licenses and Restrictions

  • You may use our products on personal or client projects.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense our digital assets.

  • You may not claim ownership of our code, design, or intellectual property.

  • Unauthorized distribution of Velvetica products may result in license termination and legal action.

4. Custom Services

For Shopify store setup or marketing services, delivery timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon before the project begins. Refunds are only possible if the project has not yet started. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available.

5. Support & updates

  • All digital products include lifetime updates and bug fixes.

  • Support is available for product-related issues only. Custom modifications and third-party integrations are not covered unless agreed upon separately.

  • Store setup services include 14 days of free post-launch support. Additional support can be purchased.

6. Payments

All payments must be made in full before product delivery or project commencement. We use trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for transactions. We do not store payment details.

7. Intellectual Policy

All Velvetica products, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Velvetica. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership.

8. Limitations of Liability

Velvetica is not responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from product use

  • Issues caused by third-party apps, plugins, or modifications

  • Downtime or technical issues outside our control

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products or services if these Terms are violated.

10. Chnages to Terms

Velvetica may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Bahrain. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bahrain.
