At Velvetica Studio, all products — including Shopify sections, theme blocks, and theme kits — are digital products delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved.

How Delivery Works After your purchase is confirmed, your files are delivered instantly via the Pendora Downloads app. You'll receive a download link by email at the address used during checkout. Downloads are available immediately and can be accessed from your order confirmation page.

Delivery Issues If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at hello@velvetica.studio and we'll resolve it promptly.

No Physical Shipments Because all products are digital, there are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or delivery timeframes associated with your order.
